Hello,

My name is Susana Guillen, and I am the designer behind the brand, SUSANA GUILLEN and the educator behind SUSANA GUILLEN STUDIO.

As both a fashion designer and educator, I believe that great design begins with quality, craftsmanship, and intention. Every garment is thoughtfully designed, pattern drafted, and sewn by me in my San Diego studio, ensuring each piece reflects the care and attention that goes into its creation.

Having grown up across the border, I consider Tijuana my second home—a place that continues to inspire my creativity and perspective. That's why my brand proudly carries the slogan, "Designed in Mexico. Made in the USA." It represents not only where my professional journey began, but also the cross-border heritage that shapes who I am as a designer.

Through my work, I celebrate timeless design, craftsmanship, and the connection between two cultures that have always been part of my story.
