Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly after. For this reason:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

• Changes to size, design, or order details are not guaranteed once the order is placed

Shipping

We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. After an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier, and any delays, losses, or issues during transit must be handled directly with the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
